Purpose

These terms govern access to the Pétanque+ website and the presentation of the Pétanque+ application, a petanque tournament management software product published by KATEOS.

Product description

Pétanque+ can be used to prepare a player list, generate draws, track scores, view rankings and export useful documents for organizing a tournament. Features may evolve over time.

Prices and licenses

Prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros. The initial acquisition of Pétanque+ with one license is displayed at €125. An additional license for the same club or client is displayed at €35. These prices may change and do not constitute a final quote until an order has been confirmed by KATEOS.

The granted license is a non-exclusive and non-transferable user license. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the software, its code, trademarks or graphic elements.

Demo request

The demo request form allows users to contact KATEOS to obtain a product presentation. Sending a request does not constitute an order and does not require KATEOS to provide the software before the applicable commercial terms have been validated.

Website use

Users undertake to use the site fairly, without attempting to misuse it, compromise its security, perform abusive automated collection or send unlawful content through the forms.

Availability

KATEOS may modify, suspend or temporarily interrupt access to the site for maintenance, security or technical evolution reasons. KATEOS does not guarantee permanent site availability.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Lyon, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
