When you use the demo request form, KATEOS may collect the information you provide: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, club or company, role and message.

Limited technical data may also be processed by the host or server to ensure the operation, security and diagnosis of the site.

• present the Pétanque+ application;

Processing related to the form is based on KATEOS' legitimate interest in responding to requests received and presenting its products. Technical processing is based on the legitimate interest in ensuring site security and availability.

Recipients

Data is intended for KATEOS. It may be processed by technical providers required for the site to operate, including the host and the e-mail service configured to transmit requests.

Retention period

Demo requests and commercial exchanges are retained for the time needed to process the request, then archived for a reasonable period in order to follow the commercial relationship. Technical logs are kept for a limited period adapted to security and diagnostic needs.

At this stage, the Pétanque+ site does not use advertising cookies or marketing tracking. If analytics tools or third-party services are added later, this policy will be updated.
